What we collect: name, phone, email, address, order details, UPI reference, optional payment screenshot. Why: to make and deliver your order, confirm payment, and contact you about it. Who sees it: the artisan and the services used to run the site (Cloudflare for hosting, storage and email). We do not sell or share data for marketing. Retention: order records kept for [7] years for tax; payment screenshots deleted [90] days after delivery. Cookies: only a language preference and Cloudflare's security cookies.
