1. About these terms. These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them. The seller is [legal name], [address], [email], [WhatsApp].

2. Handmade, made to order. Every custom thali, lota and bowl is made by hand after you order. Small differences in stone placement, bead size, shade of colour and mirror shape are natural in handmade kundan work and are not defects. Photos on the site show finished pieces in the pattern you choose; your piece will resemble them but will not be identical.

3. Prices. Prices are in Indian rupees and include making and packing. Delivery is shown separately before you place the order. The price shown at the time of order is final.

4. Payment. Payment is by UPI only, to the UPI ID shown on the order page. A custom order is held for 48 hours awaiting payment; a ready-made piece is held for 12 hours, because it is the only one. The deadline is shown on your order page and in your email. Orders not paid by then are cancelled automatically. Your order is confirmed only after we verify your payment reference. Please quote the order ID in the UPI transaction note.

5. Cancellation. You may not cancel an order after payment has been verified, because work on your piece begins at that point. Before verification, simply do not pay and the order lapses. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot make it (for example a material becomes unavailable).

6. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds. All pieces are made to order or are one-of-a-kind. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not give refunds for change of mind, for a piece not matching your expectation of colour or finish, or for any reason other than as stated in clause 7.

7. Damaged on arrival (optional clause). Pieces are packed carefully but couriers are outside our control. If a piece arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage and, if you have it, an unboxing video. We will, at our choice, repair the piece or make a replacement. We do not give cash refunds for transit damage. Claims after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

8. Making time and delivery. Custom pieces take [7–10] working days to make; ready-made pieces are dispatched within [2–3] working days. Delivery across India by courier typically takes 3–7 days after dispatch. Dates you enter as "needed by" are noted but not guaranteed. Delivery is to the address you enter; incorrect addresses that cause a failed delivery are re-shipped at your cost.

9. Use and care. Pieces are decorative puja items, not food-safe and not for liquids other than as described on the care page. Keep away from water, heat and direct sunlight. Wipe with a dry soft cloth only.

10. Intellectual property. Designs, patterns and photographs on this site belong to [legal name] and may not be copied or used commercially.

11. Grievances and law. Write to [grievance contact, email] and we will respond within [7] days. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
